We don’t have a waiting list so you will be seen within a reasonable timeframe.
Should you need help during the night, our recommendation is to phone the Samaritans who offer a 24 hour helpline on 116113.
If you know someone who is in need of our services, please ask them to contact us or you can contact us on their behalf or ring our counselling number along with them to give them your support.
If there has been a death in the family or a friend, a trauma or feeling depressed or suicidal, alternative therapies can be used as a tool to help when someone finds it difficult or too overwhelming to talk.
At present due to Covid 19 restrictions, we are unable to hold these talks but as the restrictions are lifted, we will be able to offer these talks once again. If any school is concerned about any of these issues in their school, please contact our office on 071 9856070 to discuss if there might be a possibility of getting someone in talk to their students
