Walk and Talk event

With World Mental Health Week approaching, there are many events framing the week and indeed framing the narrative so we thought we would share some of the events we know of around our area.  North West STOP is not affiliated with these events but being able to talk around mental wellbeing and mental ill-health is so important so here’s a run-down of the ones we are aware of:

‘Walk & Talk’ for Green Ribbon event – Mon 26^th Sept @ 12 noon Milltown Woods, Manorhamilton. Meeting at North Leitrim Women’s Centre, Bee Park Centre. Followed by refreshments at NLWC
