Five Walks in Five Counties

Seamus Shanley here, on Sunday, October 8th I will be doing a 15 km walk to include Mullaghmore head (sligo) , Rogey walk, Bundoran (Donegal), Cashel to Kiltyclogher (Fermanagh & Leitrim) and Blacklion (Cavan). I’m raising money for North West STOP-Suicide Prevention and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little. Anything helps. Thank you for your support. Our purpose is to provide a safe, confidential place where you can safely talk about the loss, stress, confusion, conflicts and other pain in your life.
Our style of Counselling is to Listen, Support and perhaps help you with insight to either change what is possible to change or to live more contentedly and creatively with that which is not.
We will act to intervene with appropriate support, commitment and compassion and if you decide to give, you can choose who can see that you donated or donate privately.
