Please join us in supporting a very important local charity for this coming month, kicking off with sunset dip and gentle breath work, led by yoga with Sarahmo on 30th July @ 9pm, Rossnowlagh Council Carpark (boardwalk and lifeguard station) For North West STOP

North West STOP is a voluntary community-based organisation that works to prevent suicide by informing, educating and promoting positive mental health.

They have a big event on 26th August across Sligo, Leitrim, Mayo and Donegal called #sunrise4stop and we are hosting a couple of smaller eventing in the run up to promote awareness of this excellent service and hopefully raise a few euros for them as well.

Our event is open to all and we would very much appreciate if you could share it.  There is absolutely no obligation to donate, raising awareness is equally important.
